StatsI played a match but it is not in the tracker
The tracker updates platform players on a schedule — roughly every 4 hours (others when their profile is opened, at most once a day), and the rating and top 500 every three hours. If the match is still missing after that, check that it was a ranked game and look yourself up in the tracker by nickname or Steam ID.

Link Steam in your account: “Security” → “Connected services”. Tracker game accounts with this Steam ID become yours right away; for other games use the button under “Game accounts”.

Check your Spam and Promotions folders and make sure the address has no typos. If the email still does not arrive, write to us using the form on this page with the topic “Account and sign-in”.

In your account, under “Security”: password change, sign-in with a code from an authenticator app plus backup codes, and connected services — Steam for stats and Telegram for notifications. You sign in to the site with your email and password only.

Account → “Security” → “Delete account”. If you own a clan, transfer ownership to another member or delete the clan first.

You need a confirmed email. The “Create clan” wizard walks you through it: name and clan code (also the clan site address), games and look.

Find the clan in the catalog and click “Join” on its site. Depending on the clan settings you join right away, send a request, or need an invite from the clan leaders.

As the owner: clan HQ → “Settings” → “Transfer ownership” and pick a member. The new owner gets all permissions at once.
TournamentsHow do I enter my clan into a tournament?
Open the tournament and click “Apply” — any clan member with the “Tournament entries” permission can do it. The organizer reviews the entry and you get a notification with the decision.
TournamentsViolationsHow do I report a player, clan or comment?
The “…” menu on a player profile, on a clan site and next to a comment has a “Report” item. A moderator reviews the report, and you can follow its status under “My reports”.
