Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open “Account” → “Security” and press “Delete account”. Personal data is erased immediately and permanently. If you own a clan, transfer ownership or delete the clan first.
How do I report a violation?
Press “Report” — on a message in a clan chat, for example. The platform moderators will review it. What counts as a violation is described in the community rules.
I can't sign in: I forgot my password
Request a link to set a new password — it will be sent to your account email. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
