Born2Battle PRO subscription offer

This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Petrovich Chugunov (TIN (INN): 744811962106, OGRN: 315745600038722) (hereinafter, the Contractor) to provide Born2Battle PRO subscription services (hereinafter, the Subscription) on the website born2battle.net (hereinafter, the Platform). Payment for the Subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1. Terms

1.1. User means an individual who has an account on the Platform. Clan means an association of users on the Platform; members holding rights granted within the clan act on its behalf.

1.2. Subscription means access to additional features of the Platform for a paid period: Player PRO for a user and Clan PRO for a clan. The set of features of each plan is specified on the page born2battle.net/pro/ at the time of payment. Features marked “coming soon” are not included in the Subscription.

1.3. Clan treasury means the record of funds contributed by clan members towards future payment for Clan PRO (advance payment).

1.4. The Subscription does not affect rankings and does not provide any in-game advantages.

2. Price and Payment

2.1. The price of a period (month or year) is stated on the page born2battle.net/en/pro/ and in the checkout window before payment. Prices are in roubles and are not subject to VAT.

2.2. Payment is made by bank card, via the Faster Payments System (SBP) or, for Clan PRO, from the clan treasury. Payments are accepted by NCO YooMoney LLC (the YooKassa service); the User enters card details on the YooKassa page, and the Contractor neither receives nor stores them.

2.3. After payment, a fiscal receipt is sent to the User at the email address of the account in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

2.4. When switching from monthly to annual payment, the unused portion of the paid month is credited towards payment for the year. Switching from annual to monthly payment takes effect from the next period.

3. Automatic Renewal

3.1. The Subscription is renewed automatically for the same period (or for the next period chosen by the User) unless renewal is cancelled. The debit is made no earlier than one day before the end of the paid period using the saved payment method or from the clan treasury.

3.2. By taking out the Subscription with the payment method saved, the User agrees to debits of the price of subsequent periods without additional confirmation.

3.3. If a debit fails, the Platform retries it and notifies the User; access is retained for 3 (three) days after the end of the period. If payment is not received within that time, the Subscription is terminated.

3.4. Renewal can be cancelled at any time in a single action in the account settings (Player PRO) or in the clan headquarters (Clan PRO). Access is retained until the end of the paid period; no debits are made after cancellation.

4. Clan Treasury

4.1. Contributing money to the clan treasury is an advance payment towards payment for Clan PRO of that clan. Treasury money is spent only on payment for Clan PRO; money is not paid out from the treasury to members or third parties.

4.2. The treasury balance can be viewed and spent by clan members holding the relevant rights granted within the clan. The Contractor is not responsible for clan members’ decisions on spending the treasury.

4.3. Money contributed to the treasury and not spent is refunded in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Refunds

5.1. The terms of refunds are set out in the Refund Policy (born2battle.net/en/opd/vozvrat/), which forms part of the offer.

6. Liability

6.1. The Contractor ensures the operation of the Subscription features within the technical capabilities of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and outages are not grounds for a refund if access is restored within a reasonable time; in the event of prolonged unavailability, [terms of compensation].

6.2. If an account or clan is blocked for violating the Community Rules, access to the Subscription is terminated; [terms of refund for the unused period — to be specified].

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. The Contractor may change the price and composition of the plans; the new price applies to subsequent periods, and the User is notified thereof no later than [N] days before the debit.
